I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS. I HAVE A LOGITECH WEB CAM THAT WILL NOT WORK. ALL WAS WORKING FINE TILL A MONTH AGO. WHEN I UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL ALL WORKS FINE UNTILL CLOSE TO THE END WHEN A SCREEN POPS UP AND SAYS CANNOT COMMPLETE INSTALLATION BECAUSE OF INTERNAL ERROR2711.COPYWME I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. LAST QUESTION IS MY YAHOO MICROSOFT EXPLORER SUDDENLY DOES NOT RESPOND.EXPLORER WORKS WITH MSN BUT DOES NOT RESPOND WITH YAHOO. I WAS TOLD TO UNINSTALL YAHOO AND REINSTALL SO I DID ALL WORKED GREAT FOR 3 DAYS AND NOW IT DOES NOT RESPOND WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. MY COMPUTER IS A COMPAQ PRESARIO S3300NX AND CAMERA ALL LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD AND HAVE ANTIVIRUS RUNNING BUT HAD TO RESTORE SYSTEM 4 TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR. WHY? I AM NO COMPUTER GENIUS SO ANY HELPFUL HINTS PLEASE FORWARD THANKS
