Hello Again

Yesterday I changed from Dial Up Internet with NTL to Braodband Internet with Tiscali.

After I had installed my new broadband I used the Add/Remove programmes to Uninstall my old NTL Dial up Internet.

This morning when I started my computer I received the following msg:

Rundall

Error Loading

C\Progra1\ntldial\rydial.dll

The specified module could not be found.

I'm think this is because I did the uninstall yesterday.

Any ideas on how I get rid of this error msg??

Many Thanks 4 your time/advice.

Nicola. :tazz:

Hi Nicola!

Go to START-->RUN and type in msconfig. In the new window that appears, click on the STARTUP tab, and uncheck the box next to the line that corresponds to this file. Then click APPLY and OK, and reboot your computer when asked. Once your computer has rebooted you will see a window appear stating that you are running in Selective Startup mode. Just check the box stating to not show this again and click OK. The error message you had been receiving should now be gone.
