10 minute startup and now slow computer after 5 minutes of use

Hi! Took day off work to list on ebay. Now computer is super slow after about 5 minutes use. I restart computer and good for about 5 minutes and then goes to a crawl. I ran CrapCleaner. Here is my Hijack this log. Any help today is greatly appreciated. Don't want to waste day off work anymore than I already am. THANKS!!
