My device manager says these drives are working properly, but they are not showing up on my computer.I have uninstalled both.My cdrom drawyer won't even
open. The dvd does open but it acts like it is not there.
I also tried to system restore to when they were working, that did not help either.
Thanks so much,
Cindy

Welcome Cindy <_<

Have you recently installed any CD burning software? Having more than one burning program on your system can really mess it up. Try uninstalling all burning software, choose one, and reinstall it.
