A box appears asking for the 25 digit product code, the only code I have is the one on the back of the plastic case. I put this in but it comes back with wrong key.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still the same.
The same software is loaded onto my PC no problem.
Office was conflicting with ms works already loaded on the laptop.removed works and reloaded office and the problem was solved.
