Hey I know if pisses you guys off to see a noob asking how to overclock his pc, but I would really like to know how step by step, is there some kind of guide? Thanks alot.

As every rig is different, and even two identical chips in the same rig can overclock differently, there is no "one size fits all" guide to overclocking.

That said, here is a good tutorial for starting to overclock.

Not sure if the board moderation frowns on links to other sites, so if this is an issue, go ahead and pull the link.
