Keith,
softpedia link takes me to the page with Autopatcher XP Feb 2006, but gives error
403 FORBIDDEN - INCORRECT OR MISSING REFERRER FOR REQUESTED FILE
with an explanation of what a referrer is.
I went to their main page and searched for the Feb 06 update, did not find.
I will look in Major Geeks.

Don't think it has those

Click start then control panel, click network and internet, click internet options, on the general tab, click delete files and tick include offline content, click OK

Click delete cookies, click to clear history

On the advanced tab, tick do not save encrypted pages to disc, tick empty the temporary internet files folder when the browser is closed, click apply

See if softpedia is any different, did you get the March update, you can install that now if you want

Keith,
did the cleanup on IE and made choices on advanced tab.
Softpedia gives same error on Feb 06 update.
On Mar 06 update, it takes me to a page with large red button for down load, and when I click it, takes me back to the previous page.
Also noticed above the Feb 06 choices, that an installer must be used when downloading from a "bit torrent" site.

Keith,
both autopatcher Feb 06 and Mar 06 installed.
MS Update custom shows SP2 downloaded, not installed. Details shows almost the same list of updates as before installing autopatcher.

You can order SP2 on CD

http://www.microsoft...us/default.mspx

OR

Download it at 266MB

http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en

Save that and burn it to disc to keep if you go for the download

If you want to get the ones you do not have here, maybe do a few at a go, or just when you feel like doing it

http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/

The notifiers for topics are pruned after two weeks, so could you PM me if you want to when the CD arrives
