An Odd windows media player problem

Videos that i download that are supposed to run for atleast 20- 60 minutes run at 58 seconds - 4 minutes. :tazz: what the h***??? lol has this happened to anyone else? even after i redownload the file, the problem persisted....sigh...help....please... ;)
