Press Ctrl+Alt+Del when it prompt you to register, then go to Task manager Processes & point to MSNAppM.exe then right-click & End Precess.

Reboot into safe mode. Reboot the computer and lightly tap F8.

Using windows explorer, navigate to C:\Windows, search for MSNAppM.exe then right-click on it & Delete.

Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Click the Empty Selected button.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
