I have recently aquired a Hard Drive Video Camera; Jvc GZ-MG20U. We were all sitting around watching our videos, and the screen locked up and then all the videos had a protection Symbol, and then it powered off and displayed"Need to format Disk drive, All data will be lost, Y/N". If I select no, it shows that I have all used space, but with 0 data Bytes.
How can I recover our Videos ? Is the hard drive Crashed ? Please Help.
