I tried to run Panda and the window does not open all the way

I replaced the Power Supply twice after the first one died on me. I installed Speed Fan 4.25 to see if it helps but I do not think it is making a difference.

Someone suggested to Run HDDLife I followed the advice. Here is the result from HDDLife

As you can see everything seems to be okay.

I am running Memtest, is still running (after 20 minutes) and no errors.

Should I do some vodoo to this PC? I do not know what else to do.

I suggested the malware guide as online scans which won't run can be because of malware, they will contact you as soon as they can
