Computer Keeps Restarting

:D Every time i press the turn off button my computer restarts. How can I fix this. my computer info is listed below:

Have you changed any BIOS settings recently? Sounds like "Wake-on-LAN" may be enabled. This would cause the computer to start whenever it sees LAN activity. If you have broadband, or are connected to a home network this would cause continuous activity.

Check your BIOS Wake-on settings (usually under power options). If you're not familiar or comfortable with BIOS settings, just ask!

edit: Also check msconfig "Disable fast shutdown". It shoud be checked. To check your msconfig: Start -> Run, type "command" (no quotes), type "msconfig", click the advanced tab.
