Processes/tasks using high cpu

I also get CPU usage of 100% continously, all the general program that in total would use 5% max at high are using 100% all the time. I also found a thing in control panel called 'shadowuser' and i can't open it either. Any Ideas?

Plz post Hijackthis log on "Remove Malware & Badware - HiJackThis Logs Go Here" section of this forum.

and mention the process taking 100% CPU.
