DCOM i2 Document

I have a new item showing up in my COM and Classes that concerns me.

It only says "i2 Document" (the class is 46502560-11CF-ADDC-0020AFD48852).
I monitor my info on a regular basis because of prior problems, and this was never
there before. Have not installed any new programs. Can't find anything on this item
in Google.

Does anyone know anything about this?
