Hello,

When trying to print a document, I open the queue to watch the progress. It shows "waiting" then "spooling" and then it just deletes the job without printing it. I've never even heard of this happening before so I was hoping somebody has run into this. As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem a year ago and darned if I can remember what I did to fix it. My impression was that the software 'sent' or thinks it 'sent' the job to the printer. That's why it dissapeared out of the que. I sat there and watched the job dissapear.

Is this a usb printer? If so do you have anything else that you could plug into that usb port to verify that it's working?
