I am trying to download windows defender and when it get's ready to finish downloading I get this error message that reads as follows.

error 1316. a network error accurred while attempting
to read from the file c:\documents and settings\owner\
local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5\
s51gorfp\windowsdefender(1).msi

Could someone please tell me what this means?

Click start then control panel, click network and internet, click internet options, on the general tab, click delete files and tick include offline content, click OK

Click delete cookies, click to clear history

On the advanced tab, tick do not save encrypted pages to disc, tick empty the temporary internet files folder when the browser is closed, click apply
