Look at those 2 cards. To me it looks like they are exactly the same except the price difference.

Ok now my question. What is the difference between these 2 cards(besides price and brand name)?

from the looks of it 1 card is retail and the other is oem

that would be the explination fro the price difference,
all the specs are exactly the same clock speeds,featurs,outputs
if your in the market to buy one just get the cheaper 1 they are exactly the same cards.
