Hi All,

I have a western digital external hard drive and i had placed (accidentally) about 30Gb of files (about 7 or so .rar files of 4gb each) inside the hidden "Autorun" folder. I think it was that folder, either that or some other hidden system folder. A few days later, I rebooted my computer and it did some physical disk check and told me there were errors on the drive, do i wnat to fix these errors. I, not thinking properly, hit yes. Now, these files are missing from my external hard drive. But when i right click the drive letter from my computer and i look at the space used and free space....these 30gb of files are included in that calculation. But when i select all the files and do a right click->properties....it shows 30gb less of free space. Can someone help me recover these files? Thank you so very much in advance. I will greatly appreciate any help you could offer. I look forward to your early responses

Thank You in Advance,
