Hi tiffin...

Click Start, then Run, type cmd, and click "Ok".

At the prompt in the Command Window, type regsvr32 appwiz.cpl, and press "Enter".

Does this help?

Hmmm...

Let's look at a couple of registry keys.

Click Start, then Run, type regedit, and click "Ok". In the left pane, expand (click +) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then Software, then Microsoft, then Windows, then CurrentVersion, and click on Uninstall. Are there several values listed in the right pane?

In the left pane, expand App Management and click on ARPCache. Again, are there several entries in the right pane?

Good... :whistling: ...that was a trick question...had there been a bunch of string values in there, it would have indicated a different track on the problem.

Let's start registering files...

Click Start, then Run, type cmd, and click "Ok". type each of the following at the prompt, pressing "Enter" after each one.

regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Appwiz.cpl
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Jscript.dll
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Msi.dll
regsvr32 Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\Oledb32.dll
regsvr32 Program Files\Common Files\System\Ado\Msado15.dll
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Msdart32.dll (may not be registerable)
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Mshtmled.dll
regsvr32 %systemroot%\System32\Mswstr10.dll (may not be registerable)

Does Add/Remove populate?

Let's try registering another file version...

Click Start, then Run, type Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll, and click "Ok".

Try to print from Outlook.
