NeroVision Express 2 Error Message

Recently installed an ASUS TV-Tuner Card on my new computer in order to transfer old VHS home movies on to DVD by running the VCR feed through the TV Tuner port. After a little trouble, was successful using NeroVision Express 2. Getting the Video and Audio to appear in the Capture screen took much experimentation but it finally worked. Made a few DVDs.

Recently returned to the same project. When I went to begin Capturing and got this error message:
"Failed to initialize capture device. Please check the device settings."

Tried in vain to correct any possible setting/copnfiguration that might be wrong. Uninstalled Nero. Reinstalled Nero. Reinstalled ASUS driver. Deleted other capture devices (Sonic). Swore a few times. Rebooted many times during changes.

Error message still appears every time I try to begin capturing video.

Any ideas???
