Panasonic or the shop?

If you ask the headquarters of Panasonic for the country you are in they should get hold of it for you, or tell you where you can get it

Tell them the camera isn't any use without it

As addition my camcord instructions says that Software is not supplied(see attachment)

Can you ask Panasonic or a shop if the 200 software will run on the 100, or tell them you have a 200 and have lost the software CD

Yesterday I send them message using www.panasonic.com/contactinfo and said that I need this software. And now I wait for the answer.

Use Screenshot Captor from my signature, set it to run at start up then you get a blue monitor in the task bar, right click that for the options, or you can press the print screen button

Click preferences to change the folder it saves them to, so they are easy to find
