I keep on getting a message from nortons telling me to upgrade my virus definitions...which is completely normal, but when i clikc upgrade....all of the updates install fine...except one...everytime i tell it to update..it says failed....so it will keep coming back up even if i tell it not to remind me for another 7 days....and i dont know why the update wont work..any ideas on whats wrong?

THnx for any help in advance
