ever since i bought my computer and hooked it up with my houses main computer via a belkin router about every 10 to 30 mins i lose my internet connection. All i have to do is disconnect the router then connect it again.

This wouldn't be so bad... but during online video gameplay it randomly disconnects and it has become a very big problem. I just bought world of warcraft and i dont want it to go bad because of this.

I have a windows xp version and i use bellsouth.

Please help

thank you

...also, did you configure your router properly? Wrong settings for your router will cause problems of disconnects. Possibly try changing the wireless channel as you may be experiencing interference.

sry i have been off for a while, just checked my mail and found this

Yes i have antivirus softwhere i had AVG(i think thats the name) but deleted it and i have always had Norton, but its subscription has ran out.

Of course its not the AVG because I had problems before it

and i dont think its not configuring it properly because we (my mom and I) did it with a Belkin technical assistant who guided us.
