Hello im trying to remove IE and then reinstall but i cant reinstall because it says i alrdy hav it. IS there a program that removes IE ? thnx in advance .

If there isn't a program is there a way to ... re-start ie ?

im having problem with the proxies, does any1 know how to disable proxies ? or change them to default ?
