When ever I try to get onto the internet explorer i get an error message saying DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered an error and needs to close. I am able to get onto aim, but I can't open an explorer. I am not very computer savy can anyone give me step by step instructions for an XP system. Thank you to anyone willing to take the time to help me~

Look here and following the steps listed there. The knowledgable gurus here can't help you without a proper Hijack This (HJT) log.
