Windows shows my QSI SBW-241 DVD/CD-RW as SBW-081, please help

Hi,

My old laptop, an HP Pavilion had this QSI SBW-241 DVD/CD-RW drive. After went to service with it (my old laptop) after a small crash I realised that, even if the SBW-241 has the same case, Windows shows a SBW-081 drive..with NI01 frirmware.. what happened? Somebody may change something in it to make it SBW-081?..

I tried to flash the original QSI SBW-241 firmware from HP...but I can't..says that it's not for my model;
Same happened when I tried to flash a QSI SBW-081 firmware also from HP..

please help me find the problem.
