Cant sign in Yahoo accouunt

I have been using Yahoo account and now I am not able to use it. I had linked my yahoo account with Verizon when I was using verizon DSL. After disconnecting the Verizon DSL service I unlinked my yahoo account with verizon. Now I am not able to sign in Yahoo account, it gives me the error message as

Verizon Yahoo! Account Cancellation OptionsSorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.
