Cant remove Casino installer

I tried to download the Planetluck casino software without success. All I could download was an installer file. It looks like in my attempts, I downloaded it 3 times. Now I cant remove it. I tried with Norton Cleansweep and did remove one of them, but the other one said I didnt have rights! Then I could actually find the file in a search, but couldnt simply delete it; access denied, if I remember correctly. There were also a few files in Windows/Prefetch and i simply deleted them. Any help?

(Of course in Add/Remove programs it didnt even register.....I have read criticism of Norton Cleansweep, but how do you remove programmes that have no uninstaller, and dont appear in Add/Remove anyway? )
