stupid program...

i installed a program that required a challenge and answer thingy to register. somthing happened and now its back to the demo where it only works for 10 days. now when i try to put the serial back in it doesnt work anymore. and when i uninstall it then reinstall it. the computer "knows" its been on there before... and more then ten days. is there any way i can clean up the registry? and start fresh all over again. the program cost me 400 bucks and the tech team for the company doesnt know what theyre doing. thanks!!

Suggest you keep trying their support desk... as far as we know, you only have the "trial" version and are trying to find away to bypass the purchase and registration requirements..
