Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Running Windows XP Pro. We have run SpyBot, AdAware, and McAfee AntiVirus, and cannot get rid of some lingering infection/possession.

Click Here download the latest version of Hijack This (1.99.1). It's better able to catch the latest threats.
