Hello,
I'll talk you through my problem,
yesterday, I formatted my computer to make sure Final Fantasy XI would work,
and when it finally installed windows I changed the resoltion to 1024x768, and it's kinda blurry and the writing is hard to read, I haven't changed the font sizes or anything like that, and I've tried increasing the DPI setting. Also when I increase the size, a grey box appears on the screen that says "OUT OF RANGE".
The 1024 resolution worked fine before I formatted the computer, and I had no need to install a driver.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for the help :whistling:
cheers

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything

thanks for the tip, i'll try it now, much appreciated

Edit: It says my video adapter is sis 315 integrated, my monitor is BENQ FP557s
So, do you I just download the driver for my monitor?
I was going to plug a different monitor in then switch back to this one, so that it finds it and installs it for me lol
