I am having a problem with my internet. The internet itself is working fine, but programs can't reach it. Windows media player is working fine when getting the names of songs off a cd. When I put a cd in, iTunes can't find the name of the songs or connect to the internet. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Do you have exceptions allowed in your firewall?

Yes I made sure iTunes was on the list of exceptions
