McAfee Privacy Service won't load

Hi! When McAfee Privacy Service tries to autostart I get a error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." I click ok and the error box goes away but privacy service still won't start. I can use IE on the administrator account but not on the regular XP user accounts but there are no privacy controls in use.
Any suggestions?

I did that, downloaded and installed it but am still getting the same error message. Any more suggestions?

Try re-Installing McAfee Privacy Service.
