can't install anything dealing with flash.ocx

at the end i get an error mess that says"C:\Program Files\Amor SWF to Video Converter\Flash.ocx
unable to register dll/ocx: dllregisterserver failed; code 0x800280iC" (abort,retry.ignore) what to do....novice

i get this error on alot of programs
i dont no what to do...

when i try to install it again i get the same messege

when i ignore i cant register even if it is

if i retry the messege comes back anyway.....
