I am after a web page counter that dose the flowing

Dose not put the amount of hits on the web page
Can count the amount of hits for several pages
Can count the amount of times a file is downloaded
Can count the new hits
puts the results in a file (a simple .log or .txt file will do)
records the results for each day.

Any suggestions would be most welcome

None of them realy counted how many people had visted that page, most just tell you how many people are on you web site. And I have not found any counter that counts downloads of files.

ResourceIndex is a good site, and its the site that I first started using, then I found HotScripts. I still research both, but I find that HotScripts has a lot more information.
