1. What programs have you installed since this problem started happening???
2. How long does it take before it shuts down???
3. Can you get into safe mode with out the computer shuting down???
Boot into Safe Mode:
Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

3. Does it do a cold shutdown??? (Does it just switch off without a screen saying "Saving Settings...")
