Just curious, but is there any wording after the STOP 0x00000076 (0XF9E49640, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X000000000)?

can you do the process of getting into windows ( i assume you're still having to go to LKG config) and go to device manager....instead of DISABELING the cdrom and usb modem...actually choose the uninstall option....also uninstall your printer as it's causing an issue too....before rebooting do
start > run > chkdsk /f /r that should tell you it needs to schedule that on next reboot if it does....say yes..then reboot the machine and let chckdsk run untill it's done (about 45 min to an hour)
