Does anybody know what it says on this punch card? Does anybody know how to decode it?

ok well i got past that.....and a few others...the best hint i can give you on the author is "mark twain"

i'm stuck on the one with the giant block of letters
...pretty sure this is the whole block (i'd give the url....but that would be an unfair advantage to anyone who hasn't gotten that far...)
