OMG! I thought I had the reputation for never giving up, but you two..................... This caught my attention because I was battleing 0X0000007 blue screen last week. I must admit, I had to cheat and jump ahead after reading your posts for an hour. Keith, you are awsome with us newbies. Rush, I feel for you all the way. I thought you were writing my book, we've had so many same problems. I dumped Norton two months back. Carry On!!! :whistling:

Ok im dowloading windows updates and i ran the ccleaner so what happens to updates do they get deleted

just wondering cause its such a large download

Downloads can store to the temp folder until the download is complete, then install from there, running a cleaner during this type of download could disrupt things

well ihope i didnt disrupt it the icon in the task bar says 62% oh well probably have restart download but ill wait too see what happens when it reaches 100%
