When I try to open system restore it says "System Restore is not able to protect your computer. Please restart your computer, and then run System Restore again.” I really want to know why is this problem occurring, please can someone help me?

Is system restore running in your services? Have you put a MB limit that is too small for it to have a backup?

If you get it to work, I would suggest having some 3rd party program check it as sometimes when you make restore points, they don't write them correctly to the disk causing it to screw you up. If you bought it from a factory company, then you should be perfectly fine then.
