i tried to download my new norton 2006 antivirus but it kept coming up with the error message of internal error3005,558 so then tried to download avg antivirus and it came up with the message could not initialize avg antivirus kernel interface application cannot run. don' t know why any this is happening. can anyone help. :blink: :whistling:

If you have Norton already installed, run this, then run disc clean up, reboot and run disc defragmenter, set a restore point then install Norton 2006

Norton Uninstall Tool

You can have two AV Programmes installed, though only one must be set to run at start up, you may find it easier to elect one and then use online scans to crosscheck the installed one
