I was having problems with DrWatsonDebugger...followed advice given here...

so far-great!!!!!! :tazz:


doing additional step of HijackLog...posting log to see if I need to delete anything

Hi and welcome talia

Need you to do a few things please,
First,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT
Move HJT into it please,

Next, download this LSPFix unzip it to your Desktop, Don't do anything with it.

Now go to Add/Remove programs and remove New.Net
Restart your computer

If you can not connect to the Internet after removing New.net, Please run the LSP-Fix program I had you download earlier, and click on the finish button. Reboot and you should be able to get back on.



Next,

Download the DelDomains zip file and unzip it to your desktop.

DelDomains

Right-click on the deldomains.inf file and select 'Install'

Reboot your computer,


Next,
Post back a fresh HJT log when done please
