I am having problems with Hamachi, and I cannot find much help.

I am trying to connect to my father's pc, because he has managed to get a really bad case of spywear, and I just can't walk him through things on the phone.

I have created a network, in which he has joined, and I can see him connected. I cannot ping or connect to him, but I can IM him through the internal service. His Windows firewall is off, and Norton is set to allow all connections from the program.

People are able to ping me, and I am able to ping others and connect to others.

The exact error message I get is "The Path '\\*his ip address* does not exist or is not a directory".

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I can find VERY little information on this program.

Hi, I use Hamachi myself and have never had this problem.

If you would like you could PM me the Network name and Password and I will try pinging him to see whether its your end or definately his - that would be a better start.
