Well, I can't find any information on how to set your router up, so I suggest looking in your manual. Failing that, look through the options on your router. If it's even capable of port forwarding, you'll be able to find out how to do it.

I believe you mean www.portforward.com, as www.portforwarding.com does not seem to exist. However, I don't know if he can forward the ports to his PC and have them automatically go through his USB WIFI dongle. It *may* work, so I'm definitely not saying not to try it. Do it and let us know if it works.
