W32/gaobot.MJA.worm - PLEASE help me

I just had bought Panda Platinum and installed it and it found the W32/gaobot.MJA.worm on my system and "disinfected" it. I had been noticing weird problems before I knew I had it but nothing more then annoying was happening with the exception of the task manager being non functional. I thought my problems were going to be ok after panda 'disinfected' but in fact my problems quadrupled. Many of my programs not dispaly error messages stating they ran into "an issue" and need to close and gives me the option to "debug" or close. I have done both with no improvements. I went to system restore to an earlier date but for some reason I can't restore past April 7th and the worm was already there then. I have tried various scans and utilities to no avail and I am at my wits end. My business is web based and I need to correct this in a hurry as the software i use to for my web business is effected and seemingly irrepairable (I tried a repair and a reload of the software with no success). PLEASE HELP! :blink: :whistling:

I have figured out that this hijacked program log is benefial to my being assisted so I loaded it and this is the log it gave me.
