The very fact that there are tons of sites out there offering free templates are what makes searching for them such a pain!

Take a look at these sites:

Layout Gala : (40 CSS based layouts)

SSI Developer : (CSS Templates)

Open Source Web Design : (CSS/non-CSS layouts)

Perhaps that'll keep you busy for now??
If nothing above suits, I've got several more sites that feature non-css layouts - they are not guaranteed to render properly in all browsers. Let me know if you want to be bothered wading through them, and I'll post the links...
