I was downloading hp updates and updates for Norton anti virus and was told
that I had to remove Norton Secrurity and reinstall. I tried this and It told me
some of the it didn't uninstall. So I tried to uninstall again and nothing. I went
to system restore 3 different times and now it is a blank page when it comes
up. I need alot of help. My computer works fine beside this problem.

Hi JonnieMurphy, i can't imagine why you would be asked to uninstall the anti virus unless you were updating from a previous version to a new one. Viruses can affect problems with a-v's so if your still stuck try this link and we'll see what's running. http://www.geekstogo...
