When I try to install Norton 2005, I keep getting an error message that a file is missing - CommonFiles\SymantecShared\ccSetMgr.exe. How can I fix this?

Run the scan for issues option and look through the list for anything to do with Symantec and tick to remove these. Also search the drive for Symantec files and remove them.

CCleaner

If there bandwidth is used up you can get this from

Major Geeks

You can also get the trial of TuneUp 2004 which is good at finding obsolete entries.

Run the disc clean up and then the registry cleaner, it won't remove anything unless you tell it to.
