WinFast TV2000 XP WDM Audio Capture Device

I have a WinFast TV2000 XP WDM Audio Capture device on my video capture card. The Add Hardware wizard finds the device and supposedly completes the installation without error. When I then check the Device Manager the driver has not been installed.

All other drivers load without a problem.
There are no conflicts.
I've downloaded the latest driver from Realtek.
The device has worked before I re-formatted the drive.
I've tried it on Winxp pro with & without sp2.

I'd welcome any suggestions.
