URGENT! can't get rid of this trojan!

My computer is infected with a trojan, virus, worm but I can't totally find it or get rid of it. I noticed that my CPU usage has been really high and I haven't been really doing anything. I have EZ Armor anti-virus, Spybot, AdAware, The Cleaner, Win Patrol, and a Squared installed on my computer. I scanned it with Trojan Hunter and it didn't find anything. When I ran a Squared Hijack free the report it gave had these really mean looking little red faces and said that msmgs.exe and aim.ese were bad. I also have a explorer.exe in my startup and has been running using a lot of memory, when using Win Patrol it said that it could possibly be bad. I don't want to delete anything unless I know for sure. I also scanned with Trend Micro and they didn't find anything and TD5-3 which found a suspicious file with 2 file extensions, it was a aim file. Also when i got on today a new network detected screen popped up, which really scares me b/c i have cable and am always logged on. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! HERE IS MY HJT LOG.
